Revised Site Map & Content

Based on user feedback on the original site, I decided on a revised site structure and number of pages necessary. I focused on information and site hierarchy and clarified the primary CTA to make it prominent. I created guidelines and content checklists to revise site content based on user research and testing with a renewed focus on the organization’s story and the clients’ journey using the service.

Final Design

I built the final site using Webflow. I used my wireframes as a starting point and incorporated adjustments based on client and user feedback. I designed a logo and came up with a visual theme for the company as they didn’t have prior branding unique to them. I designed icons as well to make the pages more engaging, clear, and helpful.
